Au nombre de 10, elles se pratiquent en couple et sont plus connues sous le nom de danses de salon. Elles sont pratiqu\u00e9es en comp\u00e9tition, codifi\u00e9es et structur\u00e9es. Elles se divisent en 2 cat\u00e9gories :<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 20pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">&#8211; les danses \u00ab latines \u00bb = samba, cha-cha-cha, paso-doble, jive et rumba ;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 20pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">&#8211; les danses \u00ab standard \u00bb = valse anglaise, valse viennoise, tango, slow fox et quickstep.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 20pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\"><em>Le saviez-vous<\/em>\u202f?\u00a0: <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 20pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">Le nom <em>cha-cha-cha<\/em>, viendrait du bruit que font les trois glissements de pieds, sur le pas chass\u00e9 qui est le pas de base de cette danse.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 20pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">Le paso doble est inspir\u00e9 de la musique qui marque l\u2019entr\u00e9e des toreros lors des corridas. La danse a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9e sur cette musique au XIX<sup>\u00e8me<\/sup> si\u00e8cle et repr\u00e9sente un jeu entre le danseur, la danseuse et un taureau imaginaire.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 20pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">Maintenant, nous vous proposons de vous initier \u00e0 quelques danses, moins sportives, mais id\u00e9ales pour les f\u00eates de l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 venir !<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 20pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">Le <strong>HIP-HOP<\/strong> est une vaste cat\u00e9gorie qui regroupe une grande vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de styles, tels que le breaking, le locking, la house et le popping.
