Retour sur son parcours bien rempli, \u00e0 seulement 23 ans.<br \/>\n\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b<\/h4>\n<p>C\u00e9dric Merle commence son parcours professionnel par un CAP d\u2019Employ\u00e9 de commerce multi-sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s. Le week end, pendant deux ans, il travaille en restauration rapide pour financer ses \u00e9tudes. Il poursuit en commen\u00e7ant une formation de CAP de Cuisine employ\u00e9 polyvalent, en alternance pendant un an et demi.<\/p>\n<h5>Des stages vari\u00e9s avant une admission<\/h5>\n<p>A partir de mars 2017, il est suivi par le Docteur Pinel au CMP (Centre M\u00e9dico Psychologique) de Castres. Il lui propose d\u2019effectuer un premier stage de 3 semaines \u00e0 l\u2019ESAT en f\u00e9vrier 2018, pendant lequel il d\u00e9couvre diff\u00e9rents ateliers. A l\u2019issue de cette premi\u00e8re p\u00e9riode, un bilan de stage est r\u00e9alis\u00e9 avec un infirmier du CMP, et l\u2019ESAT propose de poursuivre sur un stage de redynamisation, plus long, de mars \u00e0 septembre. L\u2019objectif est de d\u00e9velopper sa confiance, v\u00e9rifier la fatigabilit\u00e9 dans le temps et acqu\u00e9rir des comp\u00e9tences. Le stage d\u00e9bouche le 1er juin sur une admission.<\/p>\n<h5>L\u2019ESAT, v\u00e9ritable tremplin professionnel<\/h5>\n<p>C\u00e9dric Merle valide cette formule de remise au travail : \u00ab Je ne connaissais pas les ESAT, c\u2019est le Docteur Pinel qui m\u2019en a parl\u00e9. Cela m\u2019a permis de bien choisir le m\u00e9tier et d\u2019\u00eatre s\u00fbr que cela me convienne. Le rythme de travail est bien revenu apr\u00e8s un an sans activit\u00e9. Pour moi c\u2019est un tremplin, \u00e7a me permet de rebondir. On se sent utile, on n\u2019est pas d\u00e9laiss\u00e9 par la soci\u00e9t\u00e9, et en m\u00eame temps on se sent prot\u00e9g\u00e9 ici, on est entour\u00e9 et guid\u00e9. \u00c7a me permet d\u2019avoir confiance en moi. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Les stages de redynamisation s\u2019inscrivent dans le cadre d\u2019une convention entre l\u2019ESAT Les Ateliers de Braconnac et l\u2019h\u00f4pital psychiatrique de Lavaur. Comme l\u2019explique le Docteur Pinel \u00ab les stages permettent gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019acc\u00e8s au monde du travail, de d\u00e9velopper les capacit\u00e9s cognitives et relationnelles des personnes. Ceci ouvre de nouvelles perspectives de vie en destigmatisant leurs difficult\u00e9s.
