Un parcours professionnel et un accompagnement adapt\u00e9s<\/h3>\n

L\u2019ESAT Ateliers de Braconnac, en lien avec d\u2019autres structures, propose de multiples r\u00e9ponses adapt\u00e9es aux diverses \u00e9volutions du travailleur.
\nLe projet de l\u2019ESAT a pour fondement la volont\u00e9 de construire une identit\u00e9 professionnelle forte des travailleurs en situation de handicap.
\nLa valorisation du travail \u00e9tant un aspect essentiel de l\u2019estime de soi. Afin de r\u00e9pondre aux attentes et aider la personne en situation de handicap \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser ses aspirations, nos missions sont :<\/p>\n

  • Offrir des perspectives professionnelles<\/li>\n
  • Proposer un emploi int\u00e9ressant, stimulant et adapt\u00e9 aux possibilit\u00e9s de la personne accompagn\u00e9e<\/li>\n
  • D\u00e9velopper son autonomie et ses comp\u00e9tences professionnelles et sociales<\/li>\n
  • Aider \u00e0 son inclusion en milieu ordinaire<\/li>\n
  • Proposer son expertise au travers de prestations compl\u00e9mentaires propos\u00e9es par ses partenaires du secteur m\u00e9dico-social<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n

    Un accompagnement cousu-main<\/h3>\n

    Le dispositif d\u2019accompagnement est le m\u00eame pour l\u2019ensemble des travailleurs de l\u2019ESAT, il n\u2019y a pas d\u2019atelier \u00ab sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 \u00bb, mais une int\u00e9gration au dispositif global par une attention particuli\u00e8re des professionnels (formation des moniteurs) et une adaptation des r\u00e8gles et de l\u2019organisation en fonction des capacit\u00e9s contextuelles de la personne.
    \nNotre attention est particuli\u00e8rement port\u00e9e sur :<\/p>\n

    • La mise en place d\u2019un environnement s\u00e9curisant, dynamique et adaptable<\/li>\n
    • La modulation des objectifs, dans l\u2019ambition et le rythme<\/li>\n
    • La qualit\u00e9 du lien, de la relation de confiance<\/li>\n
    • La prise en compte de la personne dans sa globalit\u00e9<\/li>\n
    • L\u2019\u00e9change et le travail en \u00e9quipe<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/section>\n

      Le projet personnalis\u00e9 d\u2019accompagnement<\/h3>\n

      B\u00e2ti dans une d\u00e9marche de co-construction par les professionnels et la personne en situation de handicap, le projet personnalis\u00e9 d\u2019accompagnement (PPA) est le cadre qui aide \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation de son projet de vie. Il lui permet d\u2019exprimer ses souhaits, ses attentes, ses aspirations et son choix de vie \u00e0 court, moyen ou long terme. Il est divis\u00e9 en plusieurs cat\u00e9gories :<\/p>\n

      • Pr\u00e9vention et suivi de la sant\u00e9 \/ Promotion du bien-\u00eatre<\/li>\n
      • Aide \u00e0 l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019emploi \/ D\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences \/ Formation et Scolarisation<\/li>\n
      • Aide au logement, aux d\u00e9marches administratives<\/li>\n
      • Aide \u00e0 la participation sociale \/ D\u00e9veloppement personnel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Pour chacun de ces domaines, la personne accompagn\u00e9e fixe les objectifs et les strat\u00e9gies qu\u2019elle souhaite adopter pour y arriver. Le professionnel s\u2019adapte et cr\u00e9e des moyens de communication qui favoriseront l\u2019expression de la personne. Afin de construire ce projet, plusieurs outils sont utilis\u00e9s (grille d\u2019\u00e9valuation des capacit\u00e9s de la personne, grille de recueil de ses besoins, etc.). S\u2019appuyant sur le projet d\u2019\u00e9tablissement, le PPA est \u00e9labor\u00e9 dans le respect de ses valeurs tout en s\u2019adaptant aux attentes des personnes accompagn\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
