C\u2019est normal. Les emp\u00eacher de voter c\u2019est anormal&nbsp;\u00bb,&nbsp;<\/em>a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Fr\u00e9d\u00e9rique, accompagn\u00e9e par l\u2019ESAT de Crissey, aux reporters du Journal de Sa\u00f4ne-et-Loire. \u00ab&nbsp;<em>On est actif, [on n\u2019est] pas que des handicap\u00e9s. On participe \u00e0&nbsp; la vie, c\u2019est donc normal de voter&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En France, m\u00eame si le suffrage politique est universel en vertu de la Constitution, l\u2019exclusion du droit de vote est une r\u00e9alit\u00e9 qui concerne notamment certaines personnes en situation de handicap. En effet, depuis la r\u00e9forme de la protection juridique des majeurs de mars 2007, le juge des tutelles doit statuer sur le maintien ou la suppression de droit de vote, mais aussi d\u2019\u00e9ligibilit\u00e9 de la personne prot\u00e9g\u00e9e. Une \u00ab&nbsp;exception&nbsp;\u00bb fran\u00e7aise, totalement contraire \u00e0 la&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.un.org\/disabilities\/documents\/convention\/convoptprot-f.pdf\">convention des Nations Unies relative aux droits des personnes handicap\u00e9es.<\/a> (EDIT : La loi du 23 mars 2019 a pr\u00e9vu le r\u00e9tablissement du droit de vote pour tous les majeurs prot\u00e9g\u00e9s dont la suppression avait \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9cid\u00e9e lors du Jugement.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le Journal de Sa\u00f4ne-et-Loire a \u00e9galement interview\u00e9 Jean-Baptiste, travailleur \u00e0 l\u2019ESAT\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0<em>Il est anormal d\u2019interdire \u00e0 certains handicap\u00e9s de voter, c\u2019\u00e9tait aussi le cas des femmes avant. Le droit, c\u2019est pour tout le monde\u00a0\u00bb.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Dix nouvelles mesures, premiers pas vers l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 d\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la citoyennet\u00e9<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le 25 octobre, le gouvernement annonc\u00e9 la mise en place de mesures concernant le droit de vote des personnes en situation de handicap mais \u00e9galement leur droit \u00e0 se marier, se pacser, sans demander l\u2019autorisation du juge. \u00ab\u00a0<em>Apr\u00e8s plusieurs ann\u00e9es de vie commune avec mon ami, j\u2019ai fait la demande de me marier \u00e0 mon curateur et il a dit oui\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, explique Sabine, elle aussi accompagn\u00e9e par l\u2019ESAT de Crissey, dans le Journal de Sa\u00f4ne-et-Loire. M\u00eame si Sabine a pu agir sans demander l\u2019aval du juge de tutelle, elle \u00e9tait, juridiquement, priv\u00e9e de la libert\u00e9 fondamentale de se marier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Des actions \u00ab\u00a0Citoyennet\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb mises en place\u00a0\u00e0 l\u2019ESAT<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour accompagner les personnes en situation de handicap dans l\u2019exercice de leur citoyennet\u00e9, l\u2019ESAT de Crissey a mis en place plusieurs actions, comme l\u2019explique Aur\u00e9lie Girard, responsable m\u00e9dico-sociale \u00e0 l\u2019ESAT:&nbsp;<em>\u00ab&nbsp;Nous avons cr\u00e9\u00e9 une action de citoyennet\u00e9 avec une aide aux d\u00e9marches pour s\u2019inscrire sur les listes \u00e9lectorales mais aussi pour se rep\u00e9rer son bureau de vote qui n\u2019est pas forc\u00e9ment en mairie\u2026. A chaque \u00e9lection du CVS (conseil \u00e0 la vie sociale), nous cr\u00e9ons les conditions d\u2019un vote en milieu ordinaire avec une urne, un isoloir. Nous adaptons aussi les bulletins en y int\u00e9grant des photos des candidats et d\u00e9posons une proc\u00e9dure imag\u00e9e dans l\u2019isoloir.
