Le midi nous avons mang\u00e9 dans un restaurant asiatique proposant une formule de buffet \u00e0 volont\u00e9, ce qui a permis \u00e0 chacun de trouver de quoi se r\u00e9galer. Nems, sushis, salades compos\u00e9es, woks, gratins, riz cantonnais, fromages, glaces, fruits\u2026&nbsp;: il y en avait pour tous les go\u00fbts&nbsp;! Nous nous sommes ensuite rendus \u00e0 la maison Soubeyran pour visiter le mus\u00e9e du nougat o\u00f9 nous avons d\u00e9couvert tous les secrets de fabrication, guid\u00e9s par un casque audio. Panneaux d\u2019explication, vid\u00e9o de pr\u00e9sentation, cuisine ouverte, \u00e9coute du monde des abeilles et d\u00e9gustation finale&nbsp;: tous nos sens \u00e9taient en \u00e9veil&nbsp;!
