{"id":28,"date":"2019-01-15T17:07:44","date_gmt":"2019-01-15T16:07:44","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/apajh.org\/-APAJHETVOUS\/fam_leocadia_aubignan\/?p=28"},"modified":"2019-04-12T17:05:56","modified_gmt":"2019-04-12T15:05:56","slug":"lequipe","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/apajhetvous.apajh.org\/fam_leocadia_aubignan\/lequipe\/","title":{"rendered":"L&rsquo;\u00e9quipe"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Sous la direction de Didier Dray, les professionnels du Foyer d&rsquo;accueil m\u00e9dicalis\u00e9 Le Mas Leocadia accompagnent des\u00a0personnes en situation de handicap intellectuel avec ou sans pathologie associ\u00e9e et des personnes en situation de handicap psychique stabilis\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h6>Une ouverture sur l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur<\/h6>\n<p>Depuis son ouverture, le FAM \u00ab Le Mas L\u00e9ocadia \u00bb oeuvre afin de se faire connaitre sur le territoire et d\u00e9velopper les \u00e9changes tant avec les \u00e9tablissements et services m\u00e9dico-sociaux qu\u2019avec les structures du monde ordinaire (\u00e9cole, association culturelle\u2026).<\/p>\n<p>R\u00e9guli\u00e8rement, les professionnels du FAM \u00ab Le Mas L\u00e9ocadia \u00bb mettent en oeuvre des projets visant \u00e0 favoriser l\u2019ouverture de l\u2019\u00e9tablissement et l\u2019inclusion dans la cit\u00e9 de la personne accompagn\u00e9e.
