Ces mises en situation professionnelles orient\u00e9es sur de la pr\u00e9paration esth\u00e9tique de V\u00e9hicules et autres prestations vari\u00e9es furent riches en exp\u00e9rience. Un beau parcours coordonn\u00e9 en apprentissage m\u00e9canique automobile pour un de nos travailleurs ESAT a m\u00eame abouti sur la validation d&rsquo;un CAP M\u00e9canique automobile.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>La premi\u00e8re mise \u00e0 disposition contractualis\u00e9e en 2022 s\u2019est vue concr\u00e9tis\u00e9e par un CDI le 1<sup>er<\/sup> janvier 2025.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Ce partenaire n&rsquo;a jamais cess\u00e9 de nous faire confiance et nous offre r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement des lieux de stages et de mises \u00e0 dispositions vari\u00e9s pour les travailleurs. Il nous sollicite en fonction des besoins sur de l&rsquo;entretien des locaux, de l&rsquo;archivage, et d\u00e9m\u00e9nagements de bureaux \u2026<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des personnes engag\u00e9es comme Patricia PRIMAULT, Responsable S\u00e9curit\u00e9 Handicap du Groupe, BYmyCAR illustre au quotidien sa volont\u00e9 d&rsquo;avancer vers l&rsquo;inclusion professionnelle des personnes en situation de handicap.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Patricia PRIMAULT sensible \u00e0 cette grande cause, reste inlassablement mobilis\u00e9e pour accueillir nos travailleurs sur les sites BYmyCAR.
