Cette loi donne pleinement sa valeur au droit \u00e0 l\u2019Education et notamment \u00e0 la scolarisation et \u00e0 la formation. Elle affirme que, sur le principe, il n\u2019y a pas de diff\u00e9rence entre enfant \u00ab ordinaire \u00bb et enfant en situation de handicap, et a pour ambition de permettre \u00e0 la famille de faire ses choix et \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve de suivre un parcours qui correspond \u00e0 ses aspirations et ses capacit\u00e9s, avec des objectifs d\u2019apprentissages clairement d\u00e9finis. Qu\u2019en est-il r\u00e9ellement de la perception de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 ?<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9l\u00e9ments de r\u00e9ponse avec l&rsquo;infographie ci-dessous, pr\u00e9sentant les principaux r\u00e9sultats du sondage de rentr\u00e9e APAJH &#8211; Harris Interactive :<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_129\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-129\" style=\"width: 1280px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" id=\"longdesc-return-129\" class=\"wp-image-129 size-full\" tabindex=\"-1\" src=\"http:\/\/apajhetvous.apajh.org\/CAMSPsudouestlyonnais\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/infographie_rentree.jpg\" alt=\"Infographie pr\u00e9sentant les r\u00e9sultats de l'enqu\u00eate APAJH Harris Interactive. 77% des parents interrog\u00e9s estiment que les \u00e9l\u00e8ves en situation de handicap sont aujourd\u2019hui mieux accueillis qu\u2019il y a 10 ans dans les \u00e9tablissements scolaires. Ils constatent que la marge de progr\u00e8s est encore large dans les \u00e9coles que fr\u00e9quentent leurs enfants, et cela pour tous les types de handicap. Les parents jugent majoritairement ces \u00e9tablissements mal pr\u00e9par\u00e9s\/ \u00e9quip\u00e9s, qu\u2019il s\u2019agisse de la scolarisation des \u00e9l\u00e8ves en situation de handicap moteur (63%), de handicap sensoriel (69%) ou de handicap psychique ou mental (72%).
